How can I make changes to my account?

I have a question around my account billing

For billing enquiries, we suggest contacting our team with your specific question. They will be able to put you in touch with a billing specialist who can adequately look into your account and provide the solution needed.

I'd like to upgrade my account

You can upgrade your account anytime, month-to-month or if you're interested in simply customising your plan you can also get in touch with our team for add-on's. To process an upgrade, contact our team.

I'd like to downgrade my account

For account downgrades, please contact our team who will help process your downgrade.

Can I pause my account?

Since we are month-to-month with no contracts, we don't have pause periods. However we understand that sometimes things come up, you might be hiring someone new or changing your content strategy. For some cases, we allow a 1 month complimentary pause period where we retain your information on file. Contact our team to find out if you are eligible for a pause.

Can I pre-pay for my account?

We are a month-to-month service and we allow you to take advantage of our low rates and no contracts. However if you love Schedult or want to get a reduced rate on one of our multi-term plans, we have a few options available. You can review our heavily discounted yearly plans on our pricing page, or reach out to our team for a custom quote.
