How does the Trial process work for my client? Our trials are a great way to onboard new clients with you, we can create one trial per customer. Here's what the trial process looks like when you get started. Once you're signed up for the trial with us, the team starts working on your content Once the content is ready it is scheduled to your dashboard, and you will receive an email with your dashboard credentials to view the content, which you can share with your client.

Is there any questionnaire that my client needs to fill up? How will you create content? For our agency clients, the agency typically fills up the forms and connects the social media accounts on behalf of their client. When you sign up, there’ll be a questionnaire to make sure we’re on the same page in terms of which content you’re expecting, what your business is about and in which industry. Don’t worry, we’ll only post relevant content for your client’s business, just like we’d do for our own company!

How can I connect my client’s social media accounts? Can you connect this for us or post manually? Here's what we suggest when organising the posting of content for your client and what our other agency clients do. With regard to the social media accounts, unfortunately, this is not something we can connect for you, and we don't post manually for any of our clients. The best way to do this would be to have your client connect the accounts, or you can ask them to give you admin rights, so you can do this on their behalf.

I don’t want the posts to be published directly, how can I approve them first? We get it, as an agency working directly with your client, you need to make sure your on the same page as them when it comes to posting. What we can do here is schedule your posts to drafts, from where the content will not be automatically posted, and you'll be able to review it first. Once everything is good to go, just contact our team to schedule your content for you, and we’ll get that done.
